We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consulting Senior Manager or Director to join a growing advisory and consulting practice.
This is a senior client-facing position combining strategic cyber security advisory, delivery leadership, business development and practice growth. The successful individual will work with senior executives, boards and technology leaders to help organisations understand, manage and transform their cyber security risk.
The role would suit an established Senior Manager ready to step into a Director position, or an existing Director looking for greater responsibility, market opportunity and influence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Delivery
- Lead complex cyber security consulting engagements from strategy through to implementation.
- Advise C-suite executives, Boards, CISOs and senior technology and risk leaders.
- Develop cyber security strategies, operating models and transformation programmes.
- Assess cyber maturity, risk exposure and control environments.
- Lead cyber risk, governance and regulatory engagements.
- Provide strategic advice across cyber resilience, threat management and security transformation.
- Oversee delivery of major client programmes, ensuring quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
- Translate complex technical and cyber risk issues into clear executive-level recommendations.
Business Development
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new consulting opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Lead proposals, tenders and client presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Boards and other senior stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies across key clients and sectors.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships across the wider consulting proposition.
- Represent the firm externally through conferences, industry events and thought leadership.
Practice Development
At Director level, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to the growth of the cyber security consulting practice.
This may include:
- Developing new cyber security propositions and services.
- Building sector-specific consulting offerings.
- Supporting recruitment and development of cyber security consultants.
- Developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Establishing market presence and thought leadership.
- Contributing to the firm's overall cyber security strategy.
- Taking ownership of revenue, pipeline and growth targets.

Senior Manager Level
