Position: IT Digital Transformation Manager - Automotive

Overview

Gateworth Group is supporting a leading automotive group in Qatar undergoing a major digital transformation across sales, service, aftersales and customer experience. They’re looking for an IT Digital Transformation Manager who understands the automotive sector end‑to‑end and can modernise core systems, streamline operations and drive adoption of new digital tools. The role requires hands‑on experience with Autoline / Keyloop DMS, Salesforce CRM, and enterprise technology platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions. This is a strategic and operational role suited to someone who can lead change, improve processes, and deliver measurable impact across a multi‑brand automotive environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across the automotive group, improving processes across sales, service, parts, aftersales and customer engagement.
• Own the roadmap for Autoline / Keyloop DMS enhancements, integrations, reporting and optimisation.
• Drive Salesforce adoption across commercial teams, ensuring accurate data, workflow automation and customer lifecycle visibility.
• Partner with business leaders to identify digital gaps, define requirements and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee system integrations between DMS, CRM, finance, inventory, workshop management and customer‑facing platforms.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and internal IT teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.
• Champion automation, AI‑enabled tools and modern workplace technologies to streamline operations.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, change management and user training across all digital platforms.
• Monitor system performance, data quality and user adoption, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in IT, digital transformation or technology leadership roles within the automotive sector.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Autoline / Keyloop DMS including configuration, workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce CRM in a commercial or automotive environment.
• Solid understanding of automotive operations across sales, service, parts, workshop and customer experience.
• Experience delivering digital projects, process automation and system modernisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across senior leadership, operations and IT.
• Excellent communication, documentation and project delivery skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI‑enabled tools, automation platforms or workflow optimisation.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, integration platforms or data analytics.
• Knowledge of automotive retail systems, customer experience platforms or mobility solutions.
